Vanessa’s official title represents all she does to coordinate every aspect of a complex organization. Kate Clayon-Jones, speaks of her as the, “one who keeps the ship running.” Five years ago, Vanessa was working at another home care company, but she however was drawn to this small woman-owned business and its philosophy. “Footcare by Nurses fills a need in the community, and I’m proud to be part of its mission, “ she says. Balancing the resources of a small business with community demands is a challenge Vanessa welcomes. She loves working with her colleagues and notes it as one of the most rewarding parts of her job. She also appreciates the variety. No two days are alike. She’s in the Greenfield office almost every day interacting with the nurses and other members of the administrative team. Vanessa loves to travel, go hiking and enjoys reading when she has time.
